  2. 將您所瀏覽之內容，依您個人屬性、購買紀錄或網站瀏覽紀錄等，進行個人化作業或使用服務分析、新服務之行銷、系統升級改進、產品(服務)研發、學術研究、客製化廣告、廣告效果評估及市場調查分析或改善現有服務等，並針對您於民調、活動、留言版等留存之意見，以及其他服務關連事項，與您進行聯繫。

  1. 為輔助本團隊達成前條第(一)項之目的，本團隊得將您因本服務所提供之個人資料，提供、揭露或轉介予所屬之關係企業或合作之第三人(包括且不限於經銷商)為蒐集、處理及利用。
  2. 為行銷、推介其他各項業務、產品(服務)等目的，提供、揭露或轉介予本團隊之關係營利法人或合作之第三人為蒐集、處理及利用。
  3. 如您為前二項同意後，仍得隨時以書面通知本團隊停止提供、揭露或轉介您之個人資料。
  4. 如您不同意上述條款，將影響您即時取得輔助本團隊達成前條第(一)項目的之關係企業或合作之第三人，為您提供與本服務相關之一切資訊；或影響您取得本團隊之關係企業或合作之第三人為行銷、推介其他各項業務、產品(服務)。
  5. 同意本「個資法聲明」即代表同意本團隊之修改適用權利回溯及既往，最新條款應以「https://goldenaxes.net/pdpa/」所述為準。
  6. 若本個資聲明事項之中英文間有歧異者，您同意以台灣繁體中文之版本為主。

We seek your consent for our team to collect, process, and utilize the personal information you provide.

This company is Goldaxes Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘this team’, ‘this company’, ‘our team’, or ‘our company’). The data collection described in this statement includes all online platforms and offline workspaces or activities developed by us. This includes, but is not limited to, the website with the domain goldenaxes.net, the mobile application ‘秋子助理’ (Akiko Chat), and the website ‘小秋子繪本’ (Akiko Junior) with the domain akikojr.com.”

For the purposes of education, consulting, and advisory services, as well as for marketing, customer management, statistical surveys and analysis, and information and database management, this team collects, processes, and utilizes the personal information you provide in accordance with the regulations of the PDPA.

D. Duration, Cross-boarder transmission, Recipients, and Methods of Your Personal Data

  1. When you use our service, this team will provide you with relevant information through newsletters, emails, mail, telephone, text messages, and instant messaging apps (including, but not limited to LINE, Whatsapp, WeChat, Facebook Messenger), or the like.
  2. We will personalize operations or use service analysis based on the content you browse, your personal attributes, purchase records, website browsing records, etc., for marketing of new services, system upgrade improvements, product (service) research and development, academic research, customized advertising, advertising effectiveness assessment, market research analysis, or improvement of existing services, and contact you regarding your opinions left in surveys, activities, message boards, etc., and other service-related matters.
  3. When you use our service, your member name will be automatically displayed on web pages, and internal and external anonymous member research or data reports will be provided to improve our company’s services and meet your requirements for products and services.

To assist this team in achieving the purpose of the preceding clause (1), this team may provide, disclose, or refer your personal data provided for this service to its affiliated enterprises or cooperating third parties (including but not limited to distributors) for collection, processing, and utilization purposes.
  2. For marketing, promoting other business, products (services), and other purposes, provide, disclose, or refer to this team’s affiliated profit-making corporations or cooperating third parties for collection, processing, and utilization.
  3. If you agree to the above two items, you may still notify this team in writing at any time to stop providing, disclosing, or referring your personal data.
  4. If you do not agree to the above terms, it will affect your immediate access to information provided by affiliated enterprises or cooperating third parties assisting this team in achieving the purpose of the preceding clause (1); or affect your access to this team’s affiliated enterprises or cooperating third parties for marketing, promoting other business, products (services).
  5. Agreeing to this ‘Personal Data Protection Statement’ represents agreement to the retroactive and past applicability of this team’s modifications, and the latest terms shall be based on what is described at ‘https://goldenaxes.net/pdpa/’.
  6. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this PDPA Statement, you agree that the version in Taiwan Traditional Chinese shall prevail.
